This player keeps intentionally ramming into me every time he loses in the Street Race event, committing CR. As you can clearly see from the POV, it's very obvious.

I would like to ask why every report related to CR, where a player with an old ID committed CR on me, has been rejected.
Is it because the player's ID is old, or is performing CR during Race Events not considered a rule violation?
