Dear Admin,

Today I received a warning for provoking, and I would like to explain my side of the situation. The person who reported me was the one who started provoking us for no reason. I am really enjoying my time as part of FIB, and I kindly ask if you could reconsider and remove my warning.

I apologize for my mistake and ask for your forgiveness. I will make sure that this does not happen again in the future.

I would also like to add that, from my side, I was only joking and had no bad intentions. If I had realized that he was feeling angry or upset, I would have stopped immediately. As you can see, at the end I told him, “Nice to meet you, we are just joking.”

I hope you can reconsider my warning and understand my side of the situation.
