Hello Mr. Lebron,
As I see that the "amnesty week" is approaching, I am writing to ask if you might reconsider my ban from the EN 1 server and give me another chance. I earnestly request that you grant me this opportunity; I will never repeat my past mistakes.
I was banned on March 28, 2024, for violations 1.1 and 1.4. Although Mazhor Pluxury lifted the ban after I submitted a ticket, I was still unable to access the game; believing my Social Club account was banned, I submitted multiple tickets in a spam-like manner—an action I now realize was a mistake. I accept full responsibility for these errors and offer no excuses for them. Having been away from the Grand community for some time, I have realized how much I enjoyed being a part of it. I met people, made wonderful memories, and had a great time playing on the server. This time away has allowed me to reflect on my behavior, and I now fully understand the importance of adhering to the rules. I am not trying to erase the past; I simply want a chance to prove that I have learned from my mistakes. I would be incredibly grateful if you would consider giving me a second chance. If allowed to return to the Grand community and the EN 1 server, I will strictly respect the server rules. I will avoid any behavior that could cause issues and strive to be an exemplary member of the Grand community.
