Dear Admin,
In the POV you can clearly see I was minding my own Work and came across Player ID:109862 And I asked him to Move his vehicle as it was on red curb as he moved his car I was getting back in my car to leave and then he did this. POV you can watch the POV after 1:00 or the entire if extended.
