I just want to clarify the punishment I received. You can see from his POV that an incident was already unfolding between the FIB and me; the FIB was chasing me, but why was *he* there? He isn't with the FIB, so why was he following? He even got out of his vehicle for what reason? He’s the one who should be reported for Fear RP. I shot him because I thought he was an undercover FIB agent cuz he is still following

As its a free world, he can be there in the middle of nowhere. However from how he behaved it is understandable why you shot him, so you had enough RP Reason to shoot him.
