2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
1) Ever since I arrived in this city, I have been passionate about being a law enforcement officer. I have spent countless hours patrolling the city and maintaining order. While climbing up the ranks and becoming HC several times, I have thought about being a leader and how fun it would be. The LSPD has a special place in my life. It was the first organization where I really enjoyed the RP and the game. Now the opportunity has finally presented itself, I am ready to turn my ambition into reality and give 100% of my time and effort to leading this organization.
2) What we see every term is, a new term starts with very good activity but by the middle of the term, numbers go down and the final week is mostly being a ghost organization apart from a few people who choose to be active. Activity disappears when officers feel like they have nothing left or that their efforts arent being noticed. I will fix this and give everyone what they deserve. This is one of the reasons I want to become the leader because I also felt like that before.
3) I want to use this chance and build a good infrastructure. I want to create a welcoming environment where new people can learn proper RP and have fun. By implementing a good training system; I will ensure LSPD remains active, disciplined, and respected.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) The quickest way to ruin RP quality is favoritism. I will try to fix this by giving every promotion and bonus according to the logs and activity. Every log will be checked carefully so we do not miss anything and give everyone what they deserve.
2) Another major issue is the decline in activity as mentioned previously. This happens because of the repetitive routines that burn players out. To fix this, instead of the same repetitive patrols, I will focus on doing unique events and drills as well as encouraging people to patrol together because this is what makes the RP fun. Not just going out, giving fines, tracking criminals, and making arrests... and so on.
3) The current standard of RP often relies on rushing suspects straight to jail using basic commands, which turns state organizations into a repetitive grinding simulator rather than a true law enforcement roleplay. We need to focus on realistic legal procedures and work well with the GOV. We need to increase the amount of courtroom and lawyer room interactions so the officers can actually try to defend their arrests. This way, we can make the repetitive grinding go away and build an intellectual roleplay system that gives both sides (state and crime) a much more rewarding experience.
