Dear Admin,
On 29.06, I received a warning for CL. I submitted an appeal, but Mr. Jonny rejected it. However, I believe the decision was unfair because I genuinely lost my connection during the situation.
After my appeal was rejected, I removed the warning using Platinum Prime. Yesterday, I received another warning for provoking. I also submitted an appeal for that warning, but it was rejected as well. Regarding the provoking warning, I understand that I made a mistake and I accept the decision. However, I still believe the CL warning should be reconsidered because the connection loss was not intentional.
I would like to provide proof that I have unstable internet and that the connection loss was caused by my bad connection.
