2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
i) I want to be leader of National Guard because i have been playing this project from last 2 years+ time and during this period i have served in many different organizations like SAHP, FIB, LSPD, GOV & NG also being high command in all these orgs i have gained a lot of knowledge about the rules including IC and OOC also if i became the leader of NG i will make sure that everyone is the organization at least have the basic knowledge about the server to ensure professionalism, and reputation of the organization.
ii) I will make sure that we are attending every event that we can participate in, gates are covered every time so the term goes active, we will have an good bonus structure and some good departments i will remove the departments that are not necessary and replace them with some good once so it don't feels like a mess and everything runs smooth and according to rules.
iii) i know how to handle difficult situations due to my past experiences in the state organization so i can stay calm and handle situations professionally.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice in improving roleplay is to do daily activities train units that how to tackle situations without breaking the roleplay in between and for that i will make sure that every agent is properly trained, we will also conduct proper inspections daily, make roleplay scenarios with other organizations to make the scenarios more realistic, enjoyable and active for everyone.
