I have not violated any rules.

They killed me; they didn't even count down from five. It's not a demand.

I received a Fear RP penalty; I didn't deserve it, and I want the penalty removed.

They tried to rob me.

Rejected

They point guns and tell you to leave. Its clear that your life is in danger. I think you misunderstand what demands mean. The 5 seconds in the GR6.15 are an EXAMPLE to how demands can be given. The rule literally says "For Example".
Fearing for your life is something you can do without demands etc. Would you not fear for your life if 3 people point guns at you? You would definitely drive away. Nothing wrong with the given punishment.
