Dear Administration Team,

I am writing to formally appeal my recent ban issued by administrator kayess_exe.

I work in-game as a hitman. While opening a ticket to report a bug regarding a missing $75,000 payout for a contract at the petrol station, I included the phrase "or you will be the next". This was intended purely as an in-character (IC) roleplay joke, staying true to my character's persona as a hitman dealing with a business dispute.

I now realize that mixing IC elements into an out-of-character (OOC) support ticket was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and easily misinterpreted as a real threat against the staff. I want to clarify with 100% certainty that I have nothing but respect for the administration team and would never threaten anyone in real life.

I deeply apologize to kayess_exe for the poor phrasing and the misunderstanding it caused. Moving forward, I promise to keep all OOC support tickets strictly professional, clear, and entirely separate from any in-game roleplay elements.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I hope to be given a second chance to return to the server.
