Reviewed Complaints against strangers in server

Hello Lebron by mines watching of current state of Serbian server i can say that lot of player number decreased players base,many of players are currently leaving Serbian server because of cheaters.
I was talking with some of my friends and i can say there are so many Germans,French,English players at our server ever than before,i cannot recognize this server.Current problems is that are so many cheaters playing on our server,they are only here to grief server and make fun of us,they are not doing anything good for this server,many players are asking which servers are good for cheating and many of them say Serbian server because you can easy cheat and pass PC Checks because they say admins are not professional.Im here to put maybe few more rules if its possible since last year there are so increased strangers player base and others events are impossible to play because of cheaters to add new rule:you dont know Serbian you cant play (go to PC Checks) and i think its same for German server if you dont know German you fail PC Checks.
So please talk with Chief,Deputy Chief Abraham,Nixa to fix problem on server and so we can play and enjoy more on this server.
