1. Position applying for: Leader of National Guard
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
First, I've been part of NG since I arrived on this server, and I have grown attached to what it represents I want to lead it into its next chapter rather than watch it from the sidelines.
Second, my background across multiple departments and factions (SAHP, FIB, and NG itself) has given me a broad understanding of how command structures should actually function, and I want to put that experience to use here.
Third, I've seen firsthand where NG struggles particularly around fairness and experience at the High Command level and I genuinely believe I can fix that from the top rather than just complain about it from below.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Honestly, the biggest issue I noticed is favoritism, along with High Commands being handed positions without the experience to back them up. And also There were no proper pomotion ceremony or things like that. So, If we cut out the favoritism and start promoting people into HC roles based on actual merit and experience, the roleplay quality across the whole organization will rise with it.
4. Anything else we should take into consideration for your application?
I came over to EN3 from EN2 with a group of friends, and I've genuinely enjoyed my time here — this is where I plan to stay. My prior experience includes:
5. Proposed Chain of Command (if selected):
Proposed Departments:
Military Police (IA): It will be under directly to the General and Lt. General handles internal affairs and issues within NG.
Human Resource (HR): Will Manages hiring, firing, and performance evaluation across the organization.
Air Force (AF): Runs routine air patrols over our territory and supports Air GP operations.
Special Force (SF): Takes priority on events and state-related work.
Public Relations (PR): Maintains the relationship between NG and the public.
