It was clear as DAY that he shot me first, meaning he rdmed, random shooting, witch mneans I can shoot back too.

Also, in this POV " Reviewed - CR | ID 550558 " You can see near the end, he got MKed by someone, why didnt he recieve a punishment? And I did Not Random shoot, because again. He shot ME first.

You cannot shoot-back during RDM. Where does it say anywhere in the rules? There is no Rulebreak-for-Rulebreak.
