Late one evening the Lifeinvader media obtained a tip from an anonymous source inside one of the most notorious crime syndicates in Los Santos. The informant, who insisted on total anonymity, disclosed information that endangered the overall security of the state.
The report said that heads of many major criminal groups had set up a very private meeting with the governor in an obscure, abandoned industrial complex. The public didn’t know that the governor was allegedly compromised by months of financial bribery, extortion and political pressure.
During the meeting they planned to carry out "Operation Black Files" which was a coordinated attack on the Federal Investigation Bureau headquarters. They weren’t looking for money or hostages, they wanted access to the FIB servers, where highly classified intelligence was stored.

The Lifeinvader reporter quickly reached out to senior officials within the FIB and relayed all the information the anonymous tipster had provided.
Emergency comms went out on every law enforcement channel within minutes.

They were ready with heavy weapons.

Leos Win If:
- The corrupt Governor is eliminated.
- Gang leaders are eliminated.
- Classified FIB intelligence is secured.
- Criminal forces are neutralized.
OR:
- Kill all the terrorists
Gangs Win If:
- The Governor successfully escapes.
- Gang leader escapes.
- All responding leo are eliminated.
