1. My ultimate goal is to prove that an illegal organization can be managed with the highest level of professionalism and structural discipline. I want to lead Los Santos Vagos to show the administration a faction that operates flawlessly, respects the server ecosystem, and sets a benchmark for others.

I want to lead this specific organization to build a curated team where every member strictly prioritizes server regulations over personal gain, thereby completely eliminating toxic behavior, OOC toxicity, and rule violations from our territory.

Before gaining official membership, every recruit will undergo a strict, scenario-based evaluation regarding advanced server rules and gang ethics. I will implement a rigid internal strike and blacklist system, meaning any individual engaging in OOC talk or non-RP behavior will be instantly removed without exception. Furthermore, I will balance competitive events with deep, immersive passive roleplay—such as tactical strategy briefings and strict neighborhood control coordination—ensuring our members focus on high-quality interactions rather than just constant firefights.
