As this is a OOC issue the officer in question confirmed does not have a valid corrupt bio at all, meaning this is corruption under this a officer is killing a innocent civilian which is considered corrupt and including no bio also hope this gets reviewed by a state curatpr as well as a regular administrator RoS 5.3 is clearly broken in this POV

I clearly gave you demands to get off the vehicle as you can hear in the POV (False Accusation of RoP 6.15), Instead of complying with the demand that I have given you, You attempt to flee the scene with a LMG aimed directly at you (FearRP). And as for RoP 6.4, I'm not very sure where that accusation came from as nothing corrupt on my end can be seen.

you committed murder as a LEO without an IC reason provide a more audible POV of what you said as at 2:22 your saying something that cannot audibly be understood as a demand, secondly what actual IC did you have to give me any type of demand to stop me? Due to you again not being coherent therefore you did not say any type of demand, secondly like I stated what was your IC reason to stop me, and if it’s not a valid IC reason than you shouldn’t have stopped me, past this as for corruption the situation must demand for the use of lethal force which it didn’t, as stated by 5.3 the situation didn’t require use of force meaning you broke this rule by using weapons when it wasn’t needed

RoS 5.2 which states “5.2 LSPD/SAHP/FIB cannot stop a person, search him or ask for passport without an IC reason.” What IC reason did you have to stop me, saying “Are you dumb” is not a true IC reason to stop or demand me to stop as per LEO standard, thus resulting in a illegal request to stop, the other rule breaks still stand that 5.3 LSPD/SAHP/FIB could use weapons if a role-play situation requires it. Did the RO situation require it? If not than why did you use weapons especially lethal force, LEO standard states unless your life is in danger than lethal force is not authorized meaning you DM’d me without a IC reason to do so. Also ooc insults on forums
