Like u can see Someone VDM us and then my friend shot him and this guy just killed him with no reason,
He probably did that to get free weapon

38984 won't receive a punishment for RDM as you weren't the one who got rdmed and report should be made by the victim
although
ID 39088 will receive a punishment for VDM and ID 27647 will receive a punishment for general rule 3.2 and PG​
