Pending review Targeting + GR 6.10 + Toxicity I 104199

To The Honorable Senior Curator
Dear Senior Curator,

I want to report a complaint against Gagz Gilgamesh (104199) for his actions in the official Government mail.

He placed an unnecessary and inflammatory notice in the official mails claiming a trial with his
friend/employee. During the discussion, he directly told me:

“Swardo, you're already on my list.”
Timestamp ( 1:55 )
This clearly implied that he was targeting me and was biased against me.

Timestamp ( 2:04 ) Proofs I never disconnected him

All the time I was courteous and followed the proper roleplay via official Government radio.
He did however move it OOC and discuss an IC situation OOC which seems to violate General Rule 6.10.

He also disrespected and abused me in front of a number of people. I don't know who took him off the
voice chat, but my video clearly states that it wasn't me. He did this anyway, and created toxicity and foul language on official mails.

My evidence also shows that I never abused or disrespected him. he started the toxicity and kept trying to provoke me.

I ask the Senior Curator to give me his/her opinion, and all of the evidence, and make a fair decision.

This targeting, abuse and disrespect by one senior person in front of several people cannot be overlooked.
As He Is Deputy Of F.I.B He Must Continue RP That What we All Are here to do so Taking a I.C Situation to OOC
By Saying " You Are On My list" Should not be Overlooked

I respectfully request the Senior curator to review the full bodycam footage as it captures the complete situation and includes several statements made by him that are relevant to the incident aditionally multiple individuals were engaged in fl during the incident so reviewing the entire recording will provide the necessary context before any conclusion is reached

We're providing all the POV of all the Situations which is actaully happen and Idk if he didn't do that but someone disconnects me so it is not my issue. My employee is getting arrest and for that reason I am angry to join the meeting trials and there they disconnect me multiple times please check the issue and ( we are fib we need to respond to multiple activities and we don't have ammo then why he or she is not granted to have his own weapon ) we ask NG for candy run multiple times what we get 1-2 trucks here what this swardoo guy is abusing to our FIB AD (
