Today I say they hired someone at ads team intern rank while hiring is closed The person got hired on 12-07-26 and he did role request with Proof and they are defending it saying he has his twink in LI
I do not think that is true and they are doing favoritism
It happened in Reaper Legacy term

It is mentioned in our charter that an employee who is currently working in Lifeinvader can join organisation with his twink account if he is above junior rank or above. It doesnot matter whether the applications are opened or closed, he can join at any point of time with his twink at Intern Rank in his respective department and he/she will be treated as a new person only. If he leaves at Intern, he needs to re-apply via applications only and cannot be rehired directly.

Twinking hiring is not a problem for me, untill application are opened, but you guys are hiring when the application are closed. If there is no need to put application for your guys twink, so why you guys say us to put application, rules are for all.

I never asked for rank from them neither in main nor in twink. I was already at 27 rank. They gave me strikes for lame reasons because they wanted to remove me because their friends from FIB told them to do so.
