The LSPD sent cops into gunfights without training.Police shooting teaser during gunfight. And his handcuff in gunfigt and run in handcuff .This man's LSPD outfit doesn't even fit his LSPD rank. The LSPD is probably a place where anyone can come and hang out as they please. What are the high ranks in LSPD doing? They only get paid in-game, I guess, they neither train nor supervise the people they receive.

[Unrealistic Behavior (UB) - Cuffing person in active gunfight and dragging person to car in ongoing gunfight
Powergaming (PG) - Tazing person so he cannot shoot in active gunfight.]

ID 41400 will receive punishment for FearRP and VDM.
(Demands were given while having gun pointed and still decided to drive off scene.)
