1.I want become leader of Los Santos Vagos because i have long experience in illegal and legal organizations and i know how gang should work, i was high command in many gangs and legal orgs before so i learned how to manage members solve problems and keep everyone active i like leading people and making good teamwork my goal is not only winning events my goal is making Vagos active respected and strong every single day i want members enjoy playing together and always have something to do i think with my experience i can make good decisions and keep organization in good position for whole term

2.Another reason is because gang roleplay is my favorite thing in this project i enjoy every activity like hostage situations store robberies gun store robberies and city events i want make schedule for every day so members know what we are doing and nobody stay bored i will choose deputies and high commands who are active in different timezones so there is always someone online to help members answer questions and manage situations i also want improve communication inside organization because good communication is one of biggest reasons for successful gang

3.Last reason is i want create friendly and loyal community inside Los Santos Vagos every player deserve chance if they respect server rules and want improve i will never choose people because they are my friends i will choose them if they are active loyal and respectful i want everyone feel important inside organization and have chance for promotion by hard work not favoritism i also know many experienced players and family members who are interested to join my term and together we can make Vagos one of most active gangs in city

3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization

1.Activity is most important thing for organization if members have something to do every day they will stay longer in gang and enjoy roleplay more because of that i will organize daily events trainings patrols and gang roleplay situations

2.Every new member should learn server rules organization rules and basic roleplay before getting important rank this will reduce mistakes and help organization avoid warns also experienced members can teach new players and make them better

3.Giving rewards for active members is very important bonuses promotions and recognition make people more motivated to participate in gang events and help organization grow faster

4.High Commands should always communicate with members and solve problems quickly if there is no communication members lose motivation and leave organization i want every member feel comfortable asking questions or reporting problems

5.I also think quality roleplay is more important than only winning events i want members create good scenarios respect other organizations and make enjoyable roleplay for everyone in city because this improve whole server not only our gang
