2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to become leader of FIB because I have been in past almost in all Leo's and state organisation HC and lawyer now currently as DCJ . While I was In FIB I feel it most interesting because of under cover operation , finding evidence, negotiation with gang and doing good roleplay.
I want to bring back what FIB for known for ,will be looking after maintaining professionalism in the organisation and looking after officer work with unity no officer whether it's a High command or low command they have to be treated with respect.
in last some time i have seen leos focusing on winning rather then doing good RP and negotiation with gang they do not have fear for their as well as hostage life just focus on winning . If i get a chance to become leader i will focus on Fix that the leos should work on doing proper RP and handle situations rather then just focusing on winning.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
. I will organize weekly training sessions covering arrests, investigations, and emergency response, etc . so that every officer is confident in handling different RP situations And will also keep training session for understanding legislation
As most people know the server rules
But they don't know legislation penal codes ,etc so they are not able to communicate and investigate properly.
I will communicate with other state organisations to discuss about different situation and plans how we can find different ways to handle it.
Will talk to citizen about what issues they are facing in city about crime in city and from FIB officers as well
I will be looking after maintaining professionalism in the organisation and looking after officer work with unity no biasness or favouritism should should be done . People who work hard and deserves promotion will only get promoted.
I will organise weekly promotion ceremony and people who show activity get good bonus to encourage them .
