2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
- 1 introduced, Being a gang leader is my very old dream now i wanted to full-fill my dream, vagos hold a special place in my heart bcz its my first org in city, i will make sure if i gets a chance to be a leader of los santos vagos i make it greatest org in history of crime
-2, decision and discipline, Mostly in gangs no one follow commands and they are not aware of discipline i will make sure to teach them how things work in gangs, decision making if any HC command any junior he/she make it to follow it ( everyone have to follow chain if command ) Regarding discipline i make sure every gang member know how to talk in radio and about there dresess, i personally tell all my high-commands to teach all newbie in gangs we work as family as team ( Unity , Faith and discipline )
-3 activity, in my term i make sure to set my activity best compare to other gangs factions, bare minimum 25 vagos boys atleast attend events, i make sure to give good bonuses to my members.

-1 Good Bonuses
-2 Proper RP according to the situation
-3 good environment
-4 fair
-5 i will personally hire some highly gang educated guys in my high-command team
- 6 make sure everyone treat each otther as family
