I would like to provide additional information regarding my previous appeal.
Account ID 217581 is my main account, and Account ID 224207 is my secondary account. Both accounts belong to me.
My main account (ID 217581) was accessed by an unknown person without my permission. The unauthorized access lasted approximately one to two hours. During that time, the person used my account and committed the violation of rule GR 1.1. I was not aware of what they were doing while they had access to my account.
As soon as I regained access using two-factor authentication, I secured my account and realized that a rule violation had occurred during the unauthorized access. I fully understand that the account is my responsibility, and I accept responsibility for what happened, even though I did not intentionally commit the violation.
I sincerely apologize for this incident and respectfully ask you to review my case once again. I have secured my account to prevent anything like this from happening in the future.
