I would like to become the Leader of the National Guard because I enjoy serving the state and working with other law enforcement agencies to maintain order and protect the citizens. I believe the National Guard plays a vital role in responding to emergencies, supporting LEO operations, securing government events, and maintaining discipline within the state.
I have gained valuable experience in the LSPD and SAHP, where I learned teamwork, communication, discipline, and how to handle high-pressure situations. In addition, I have previous National Guard experience on another Grand RP server (EN3), where I learned the basic structure, responsibilities, and expectations of the faction.

1.I want to experience military roleplay and learn how the National Guard operates.
2.I have previous experience in LSPD and SAHP, which has taught me discipline, teamwork, and professionalism.
3.I want to improve my roleplay skills by taking on new responsibilities.
4.I am eager to learn from experienced National Guard members.

3.Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization
• Do more realistic practice and Conduct situational trainings
• Organize patrols and Operational events with other State Organizations to Increase RP
• Higher commands should guide and help lower ranks more often as simple feedback or advice can motivate officers and help them improve faster.
• Focus more on engaging in RP interactions then a Usual Robot arrest
• Appreciate the hard work with promotions and Bonuses to keep everyone motivated and active.
