2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1: The first reason I want to b e the leader of FIB is because of my extensive history in LEOs in the city, I have been in the city for 3 years and I have done every possible position there is except leader. I have been a judge for 6 months, deputy of both government and SAHP, COS, HRT, IA, every thing there is to do i have done and now i am looking for something new. I have never been a leader before and so this is my chance to do something new and exciting. Because of me wanting to do something new I can give my full devotion to this role and do what needs to be done.

2.2: The second reason i want to be leader of FIB is because of my connections I have in and around the city. With my extensive history in LEOs and in city I have created a social web of connections that I can confidently say will help me in my leadership. A good FIB starts with good numbers in the organization that I know I will be able to accomplish. Along with my whole family backing me and many other families. These connections give me the confidence I need to know that i can be a good leader and have a good term. Me and Ali the current leader of bloods which is undoubtably the strongest gang are friends and I am sure we can come up with good and entertaining scenarios for LR 1.9 and bring plenty of extra roleplay to the city.

2.3: Last reason I will list is because I want to change FIB for the better. I have been in FIB many times across 3 years and most of the time it all just seems to be the same. Only thing UC does is collect evidence, only thing HR does is review videos, and only thing spec ops does is go to event. These are mundane tasks that get boring and I plan on changing things like that to give people more things to do and more roleplay to their lives. With my history in FIB I know firsthand how repetitive these tasks get and I want to use my experience to change them for the better. I have always had ideas to change orgs but never had the chance to use them so I will use this leadership as my chance.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Human Resources: In the past I have been HOD/COS of HR inside of FIB and it kind of seemed that all we did was review videos and hire people off the same set questions that anyone could get a hold of. So my plan for FIB is to change how that is, have HR in the field actively surveying Junior Agents to see if they know what they say they know. Have improvised questions as apart of the interview and hypotheticals. I know that when people join FIB they should have existing knowledge but the only way to make sure is to have someone actively observing.

3.2 Undercover: In this past term for Nikkie i was the Supervisor of UC in previous terms i was DHOD/HOD. In these terms I would see UC HC keep pressuring everyone to collect evidence but they never went out and did it themselves, pressured everyone to review evidence but never did it themselves. I plan on changing that to make HOD/DHOD of UC actually do what they need to do more then just write casefiles. Also as my time as a judge i saw a severe lack of utilization of deep undercover agents and I want to use them how they are used in real life. Counter intelligence, live feed of current gang events, and proper deep undercover roleplay. Along with letting internal FIB agents do something more then just collect evidence like go into ghetto UC with 3 agents like tiny undercover patrols.

3.3 Spec Ops: I Want to change spec ops to do more then just attend events because everyone in FIB should be doing that anyways. Make spec ops actually do something special then the rest of the organization during events. Make Spec Ops actually formulate plans to capture wanted criminals and during highway robberies make sure they are the first to respond. Spec Ops needs to do more then attend events they need to be the forefront of events and so more then just shoot.

3.4 : This section is not for any department in particular but for the org as a whole. I will hold everyone to the same standard regardless of their rank or role in my organization. I have seen in previous terms will directors will not punish the HOD of IA and let them never fly into city. Let COS do whatever they want. I will hold everyone to the same standard and have no favoritism regardless of relationship or rank in my organization.
