Additional information

1. Leader of… - National Guard

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

2.1
Since joining the city, I have spent the majority of my time within the National Guard. From the beginning, I felt welcomed, supported, and part of something great. Over time, I have not only developed my skills and knowledge, but also built strong friendships that have made NG feel like a family.

This is exactly the environment I want to continue building and strengthening as a leader. I want every new member who joins the National Guard to experience that same sense of belonging, support, and development.

While it is often said that NG is a “starter organisation,” I believe it can and should be much more than that. Yes, we are accessible and give people their first step, but I want to transform that perception into one where members choose to stay, grow, and progress within NG. My goal is to create an organisation where people build confidence, develop skills, and leave with a positive, lasting experience that they carry into other organisations across the city.

2.2
Although I have not spent as much time in other organisations, my consistency and dedication to the National Guard set me apart. I have been present nearly every day NG has been active since I joined, which has given me a deep understanding of how the organisation operates, as well as a strong knowledge of the city and its laws.

Through this, I have built solid relationships across different terms and members, giving me a strong foundation to lead effectively. I understand both the strengths of NG and the areas where improvement is needed.

I am also self aware enough to recognise my own strengths and weaknesses. Because of this, I know the importance of building a strong High Command team that shares the same vision and values. Leadership, to me, is not about favouritism—it is about fairness, accountability, and placing the right people in the right roles. The best candidate, regardless of personal connection, will always be chosen to ensure the organisation runs effectively and maintains high standards.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

3.1 Training will be implemented throughout the week during gate hours. These trainings will consist of specific strategies and scenarios that would happen within the city.
3.2 Testing will be conducted for those wishing to gain promotion especially to the higher rankers/high command roles, simply turning up is not enough you need to understand and be able to enforce rules.
33. Involving other organizations such as FIB and LSPD in to using our training facilities and ensuring we all have a great working relationship together.
