We were in front of sahp hq going for a ghetto patrol. This guy id: 192167 had already provoked us earlier and there was an active RP situation in progress that he kept interrupting. Player ID192167 failed to comply with Fear RP after we repeatedly ordered him to leave the area. Based on his suspicious behavior and continuous interference he was preventing us from carrying out our duties. Despite being given clear and proper demands to leave he returned to the scene shortly afterward. He then began performing a sexual emote which constitutes Fail RP and a violation of GR 6.9 as he showed all this to an on duty officer.
