Rejected CR while medrun (while giving training)

I was giving training and was on the way with my trainee back to PH with a loaded truck of meds.
Everything went good untill my trainee (Vikram Rathore | 17969) was been blocked by a green Kamacho (with 4 inside), a Brown Lamborghini Performante (with only the driver 164271) and 1 blue Royce-Rolls (with 4 people inside it, driver 29791)
They killed first Vikram Rathore | 17969 and then went further to me to try to kill me too with the same blocking tactics.
