Today i opened a thread about xenophobia, the guy was correctly banned 5 days, however i got a warn because i dropped 10 bullets each time after i got a demand in SPANISH, this is the portuguese server, in the general rules, point 3.3 says "All players must be able to communicate in Portuguese and IC chat must be Portuguese only.(Other languages may be used in private only if everyone who can see has agreed to it.) | Mute 120 min", so when i got a demand in portuguese i dropped all my bullets and ak. For my surprise, i got a warn with the excuse of fail rp because i didnt obey a demand in spanish... The admin said i understand the demand, but i think i dont have to obey a demand just because i understood, i can speak german and i wouldnt obey a demand in german too. When the demand was spoken in portuguese i did obey and dropped everything. Can you clarify if i need to obey a demand in other language in the portuguese server just because i understand the language? Best regards

Firstly, what the player said is absolutely clear to any person who speaks Portuguese, the difference is only in the accent.
Secondly, the video clearly shows that you understood what they were saying to you, you even started throwing bullets on the floor.

So in my opinion, we cannot talk about not understanding what is happening, it is frankly meaningless and you can't use it to avoid RP.

From your side it is clearly visible that this is a fail rp.
