Dear Curator of Supports

I got banned in past for GR 1.1, But My Main Got unbanned Earlier
It was just done by the change of social club and i was a new player at that time and as a new player i was not knowing that changing of social club can trigger GR 1.1
If i would have known i would have posted a technical forum definitely

I just want to know
Can I become an admin or Leader in future?

I am ready for my pc check if needed!!
