I've made a complaint against a FIB agent for shooting in GZ and doing Exploits and I reported him but James Pluxury rejects my complaint saying that you don't know what situation is.

Here is the full video and you can see he is shooting for no reason and doing exploits..

If that's not against the rules then I would like my warning that I got at DOC for shooting for a reason to get removed too because it's being completely unfair.
