Hello Lebron Pluxury,
I would like to file a complaint regarding the decision made by Admin Zare Ecstasy, as I believe the punishment was issued based on a misunderstanding.
At the time of writing this complaint, I have not yet been banned. However, I was informed that my ban will be issued at 15:00, which is why I am submitting this complaint in advance in the hope that the case can be reviewed before the punishment is applied.
The reason for my punishment is that my POV video was considered to be edited. However, my recording is completely original and has not been cut, trimmed, or modified in any way.
The pauses in the recording only occur because I have Desktop Capture disabled in NVIDIA ShadowPlay. Whenever I Alt+Tab out of the game, the recording automatically pauses and resumes when I return to GTA V. This is normal behavior and does not mean the video has been edited.
As shown in the example clip, I tabbed out only to reply to my mother. When the recording resumes, I am standing in the exact same position as before. If the video had actually been edited, there would be visible jumps, cuts, or inconsistencies in my character's position or actions. None of these are present.
I am willing to provide the original recording file or any additional evidence if necessary to verify that the video is authentic and unedited.
I respectfully ask you to review this case again before the ban is issued, as I believe the decision was made based on an incorrect assumption about how NVIDIA ShadowPlay works when Desktop Capture is disabled.
