Hi admin,

A player (566505) at PH2 started ramming me with their car for no reason and killed me using the vehicle, which is clear VDM and Fail RP. After I died, nobody revived me and the guy (291184 ) around were speaking in a foreign language instead of English, breaking RP communication rules. Also after that a player came upto me and started emoting on me while i was unconscious.
