Dear Admin,

I hope you are well.

This is regarding the punishment of the ban I received for using cheats. Just to clarify I was collecting crates during the megamall event and while fighting with people I got a ban message on my screen and I didn't realize why I am was Punished for cheats.

I have talked to my friends about the problem and they told me that I was under the influence of the green zone and the red zone at same time and that is why other players were not able to damage me. I saw the same in my POV too. I have never used a cheat in my life, I always believed in fair roleplay. Kindly find attached the POV for your review and if you feel a PC check required then I am ready for it.
