At approximately 11:26 IC time, while we were waiting for the solar event with around 30–40 minutes remaining before it started, the accused climbed onto the roof and began sniping us from a long distance without giving any demand or RP interaction. I was AFK initially, but after hearing gunshots, I saw him shooting at us. I immediately contacted an admin, but before any action could be taken, he had already killed one of our teammates and continued firing. Since the solar event had not started yet, there was no valid RP reason to initiate combat at that time. The accused's ID can be clearly seen at the 36-second timestamp in the attached video evidence.
