Event details:
Information has reached state law enforcement that a notorious drug syndicate and high-level cartel dealer have taken over a secluded farmhouse in Grapeseed, converting the entire property into a heavily armed stronghold and narcotics distribution hub. Recognizing the severe threat to public safety, the Government has authorized a joint state task force consisting of the LSPD, SAHP, FIB, and National Guard to surround and neutralize the compound.
Upon arrival, LEO forces will secure the surrounding rural perimeters. Before launching a breach, LEO Command will step up to the gate with a megaphone to initiate roleplay, demanding to know if the head of the drug syndicate is inside the house. The gang members inside can choose to lie ("Nobody here but farmers!") or tell the truth ("Yeah, he's here, come get him!").
Regardless of their answer, the response will annoy both sides and escalate tension significantly. Gang members will grow restless on the roofs and barn, aiming weapons at the perimeter. Meanwhile, LEO forces will silently maneuver into their final tactical positions. Once all units are set up, LEO Command will issue a final ultimatum over the megaphone for the cartel to lay down their weapons and exit. Upon refusal (or timer expiration), a full tactical breach onto the farm grounds will commence.
Role of Each Organization Involved:
Drug Syndicate Gangs: Fortify the farmhouse interior, barn, and surrounding farm grounds to eliminate all invading LEO forces.
LEOs (Joint Task Force): Breach the farm entry gates, advance across the open farm grounds, clear all outbuildings, and neutralize all cartel defenders to secure the site.

Admin Requirements:
Teleport and spawn Drug Syndicate forces directly inside and around the Grapeseed Farmhouse compound. Teleport and spawn LEO forces at the road entrance perimeter outside the farm grounds. Place customized drug crates or contraband props around the farmhouse interior. Distribute designated weapons, ammunition, and heavy armor to all participants. Change LEOs into official tactical/combat gear outfits. Change Gang members into rugged civilian or cartel-themed outfits. Monitor the perimeter fences and entry gates to ensure fair play and no early shooting before the countdown.
Rules of the event: Only event spawned vehicles and weapons are allowed. No pushing or shooting before the official admin global countdown starts. There are no demands, negotiations, or deals allowed this is a straight tactical shootout. No Drugs allowed during the event. No Juices, Cannabis, or Cocaine allowed. Utilizing personal vehicles or flying vehicles to bypass the ground entrance is strictly forbidden. Follow all admin instructions at all times.
How is the event won?
Drug Syndicate Victory: If the Gangs/Cartel successfully wipe out all LEO forces and maintain absolute control of the farmhouse, the Drug Syndicate wins.
LEO Victory: If LEOs successfully wipe out all cartel defenders and secure the farmhouse compound, LEOs win.
Prize for the winner:
$400,000 Cash Prize split among the winning side.
