Vinel Bhai was born in kolkata hospital in 2008 . he belongs from poor family his mother and father abandoned him after his 5th birthday from that he started living alone with his strengths and skills. then in 2015 he came in losantos and living his life with some friends those who are with me in any situation. One day when vinel doing a robbery with his friends some police officer caught them and did encounter of them but vinel run away . after that vinel planned to join in the org and take friends revenge . he join via corruption and after that he gained rank and power in the SAHP. from that day a addiction of power made him blind. SAHP got disbaned so he joined LSPD after that but their he under stand the power is not only thing if you have money you can buy power thats why he need to do corruption but vinel don't have perms to do that . he waited long time but again the term got end. so he just rooming in the city suddenly one day he meet a person in the city while doing robbry . he offerd vinel to join legal again and promised to give him all the powers he want . so Vinel Joined NG after that thing and started serving the duty.Career Story
