Hello, Mr. Lebron. It’s probably been about 4 or 5 months since I got banned. I think there must have been a mistake. I got banned under Gen 1.4, but my main account is 188019. This is my main account, and my secondary account is 238407. 1. Rule 1.4 states that the main account gets a 60-day ban and the secondary account gets a permanent ban, but my secondary account was unbanned. It was supposed to be banned for 60 days, but my main account is permanently banned.
The first account I opened is actually the older one—I mean, how can an account with a higher ID be my main account? Please let me open my main account—at least ban my secondary account. Don’t get me wrong—you don’t allow secondary accounts, so if I get banned, I won’t be able to open one. Help.If you think about it this way—that is, if you look at it from this perspective—how is it possible for the ID of a person’s secondary account to be lower than that of their main account? The account I usually play on should be permanent, but my main account is permanent—there must be a mistake here.
