2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I was leader of NG with a great term and no problems but i always stayed in my base and now i want to fight the crimals on the street and help my citzens with my group of officers who will get me peace in my heart and peace in the citze
2.2 One of the biggest issues was the heavly inactive on duty or traffic i want to fix that by help each of my officers to guide them to greater motivions and help to increase the activity around the city to help my other orgs with my troops
2.3 I’m focused on keeping SAHP organized and fair, and having no friends bonusses in my org everyone is getting treated the same and i do not tolerate any of Favouritism gonna happen
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will appointed great heads for departments to help them and learn them about each department so they can discover which one is heading best for them
3.2 My frist moves going to be as a leader to make our communications better so we make better decision together in every Situations with other organization good communications is the key to win and help my troops to learn to be great later on
3.3 Better training to make them ready for SituationI will personly compile a highly trained human resources department team to offer the best training for all Soldiers and fully equip them for any type of situation. we going to use differnet location so they can focus on differnet SituationI
