In the video you can see that a lawyer came by to bail someone out, when i asked for bail i was met with profanities for no reason. The lawyer then came back to say i was going to be put in solitary for no reason but only stopped because they were not the proper rank to put me in solitary. Then proceeded to hold me in handcuffs in a cell in silence until the rest of my prison term. Being a clear abuse of the power they have as a LEO and abusing the handcuffs along with attempting to abuse the solitary function in prison.

Bodycam starts mid situation when you are already in Jail. No idea what happened before hand. Seems like an IC issue to myself.
Go to DOJ with this POV (Bodycam) and sue him.
