I was on my way and he came on the side and i crashed into him
after he said something that i doesnt understood at the moment so i honked and moved on
after the engine block, the officer gave a '5-4-3-2-1' countdown almost instantly, leaving me no realistic opportunity to comply. UB Demands
And shoots before completing the countdown
As I pressed F to exit the vehicle
I was immediately tased before I could finish complying.
Please determine whether this was proper RP or Power Gaming.​

The officer clearly gave you demands to pull your car over which you refused to do at first. This is an IC Issue, speak with DOJ about the use of force and the IC law surrounding engine blockers.
