Rejected Miss-use of Corrupt Bio & Fail RP I 448954

As you can see in the POV, I was at the Black Market. I was about to get back into my car when, for no RP reason, ID 448954 tasered me and handcuffed me. However, I had already pressed F to enter my vehicle, so he accused me of "black magic." He then tasered me a second time to force me back out of the vehicle.

Tasing someone for absolutely no IC reason isn't RP even with a corrupt bio they still need an RP reason to interact with someone.
and being near black market isn't one. Therefore I believe, this is Fail RP.


At that point, I simply assumed he was a new officer who didn't really know the rules. Because of this, I had no issue telling him he was being an ass. Apparently, calling him a "dickhead" was taken as an OOC insult, although I was referring to his IC character and his behaviour, not him as a player.


When he drove me to the airstrip, I realised he had to be corrupt. At that point, I had a good idea of how the situation was going to play out. He told me I had two options: either pay him a $100,000 bribe or receive $300,000 in fines and five months in prison. I agreed to pay the $100,000.


At 06:04, he said he was going to call his friend for backup, but nobody ever arrived.


At 07:14, while I was transferring the money, you can clearly hear him say "600k okay." Because of this, I cancelled the transaction to confirm what he had just said. He then treated this as though I was refusing to pay, despite my POV clearly showing that he was the one who said "600k." In the end, I successfully transferred him the agreed $100,000 by bank transfer.


After receiving the bribe, he then drove me to a separate location behind Los Santos Customs. He told me that, "for messing with him," he was going to put a bag over my head, fire a gun next to my ear, and then make me run for my life. I complied with everything he instructed me to do, but I don't understand how this was justified.


After the interaction, I checked to confirm whether he had a Corrupt Bio, which he does:

However, one of the conditions of his approved Corrupt Bio states:

"No random targeting, must have IC reason."

In this situation, tasering someone who was simply walking back to their car is not an IC reason and, in my opinion, clearly constitutes random targeting. He never interacted with me or attempted to roleplay with me beforehand. The first thing he did was taser and handcuff me.


I'm also unsure whether a corrupt officer is permitted to continue abusing someone after the bribe has already been paid. To me, what happened afterwards was unnecessary torture and served no beneficial purpose to the officer. The entire purpose of a Corrupt Bio is to provide some form of benefit to the corrupt officer, such as accepting a bribe. Once he had already received the $100,000, forcing a bag over my head, firing a gun beside me, abandoning me, and making me run for my life did not provide him with any further benefit. It simply appeared to be an abuse of his powers.


The entire interaction is visible in the POV. You can also see that I was left stranded with a bag over my head for around four minutes. The only way I was able to remove it was by finding my way to the road and intentionally getting another player to stop by allowing them to hit me with their vehicle so they could remove the bag.


In my opinion, this is a clear misuse of his Corrupt Bio and also appears to breach one of the conditions under which it was approved, specifically the condition prohibiting random targeting without a valid IC reason.

first thing she didnt upload the bodycam from the starting , but as you can see in the starting of her bodycam , she was coming out of bm , and the thing was she was running from me when she saw me , so i came from the opposite site to tase her , and i was arresting her for ,
PC 2.5.9 . PC 2.4.3 .

and 2nd thing At 06:04, the frind i was talking about was admin. said i will call my frind for backup its mean ,that i call admin for any rulebreak. , idk why she didnt understand ,

A pink Car just pulled to us , so i thought she did MG , so before this corruption i got killed there multiple times for doing corruption cuz everytime my 10-15 do MG , so i thought she did MG too , so i put her in car and i was going to change location , and i didnt know that she was transfering money, when i realize that she transferd money , i ask her to confrom , and when she said Yes , i went back of los santos custom , and i put bag on her head , and i let her go ,

Firstly, the POV begins with my very first interaction with you. Prior to being tasered, there was no conversation, no roleplay, no commands, and no interaction whatsoever between us.

You state that I "ran" when I saw you. That is simply not what happened. My POV clearly shows that I was walking towards my own vehicle and pressing F to enter it. I was not attempting to flee from you because, at that point, you had not identified yourself, spoken to me, or attempted to detain me.

In your own response, you explain that you assumed I had either bought or sold something because I was leaving the Black Market. That assumption is not an IC reason by itself and does not satisfy the condition of your approved Corrupt Bio, which explicitly states:

"No random targeting, must have IC reason."

Furthermore, you say you searched me because of PC 2.5.9 / PC 2.4.3, yet you only searched me after you had already tasered and handcuffed me. The search cannot be used to justify the initial detention because it happened afterwards. At the moment you decided to taser and cuff me, you had no evidence that I had committed any offence.

Regarding the pink vehicle at 07:24, this also appears to be an assumption. There is no evidence whatsoever that I metagamed or contacted anybody. Simply because another vehicle drove past does not mean I had called anyone. In fact, nobody stopped, nobody assisted me, and nobody attacked you.

Finally, after I had paid the agreed $100,000 bribe, the corrupt interaction had already achieved its purpose. I had complied with all of your demands. Despite this, you still placed a bag over my head, fired a gun next to my ear, abandoned me in another location, and left me unable to remove the bag for several minutes. I fail to see how that served any RP purpose or provided any benefit under your Corrupt Bio. It appears to be unnecessary abuse after the bribe had already been paid.
