Why do you want to become an admin and leave RP-life?
I have really enjoyed my time roleplaying on the server, but I feel like I'm ready for a different challenge. I want to help keep the server fair, assist players when they need help, and make sure everyone has a good experience. I enjoy helping people and solving problems, and I think being an admin would allow me to contribute more to the community than I can as a regular player.
What are your strengths?
I stay calm in stressful situations and try to look at both sides before making a decision. I'm patient, respectful, and I communicate well with others. I'm also active on the server, learn quickly, and I'm always willing to ask questions if I'm unsure about something instead of making assumptions.
What are your weaknesses?
Sometimes I spend too much time trying to make the best decision because I want to be fair to everyone. I also know I still have things to learn about some server rules and situations, but I'm always willing to take feedback and improve.
What skills can you bring to the admin team?
I can stay professional even when dealing with difficult situations. I'm good at listening to both sides of a story before making a judgment, and I enjoy helping new players understand the rules. I'm reliable, active, and willing to work with the rest of the team to keep the server running smoothly.
Will you be ready to sell your business?
Yes. If I am accepted as an admin, I understand the rules and I am willing to sell my business if required.
Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
No. At the moment I don't have any major real-life commitments that would prevent me from being active. If something unexpected comes up, I will communicate it with the administration team.

I'm always open to learning and improving. I know I won't know everything from day one, but I'm willing to put in the effort, accept feedback, and continue learning from more experienced admins. My goal is to help the community and treat every player fairly and respectfully.
