1. Leader of Marabunta Grande​

Marabunta has always been one of the most Dangerous and Strong gangs in the city, with a history of strong leadership and organised members. During my time in Marabunta I witnessed how a dedicated High Command and active leadership team can build a successful organisation. I wanted a shot at leading the gang myself and bringing it back to that level ever since. The Ballas’ constable has taught me how to handle a gang, how to solve problems and how to keep the members motivated. I think those experiences will help me to make Marabunta better than ever.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)​

I have held a number of High Command positions and Deputy posts in the city, all of which have given me valuable leadership experience. I liked those roles, but Marabunta has always been the one that I felt had more potential. I want to run this organisation, so that I can realise that potential by building a disciplined, active and respected gang. I want Marabunta to be one of the most feared and dominant criminal organisations in Los Santos.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.​

I would concentrate on keeping members consistently active by doing a range of gang activities such as hostage situations, 24/7 robberies, gun store robberies, Black Market raids, Gang raids, NG truck robberies, FZ raids, Cland operations, and Dealer recruitment to improve roleplay inside of Marabunta. This would mean that members are always engaged rather than wasting time waiting at headquarters.

I'd also put a tonne of work into helping newer players get better at roleplay. I would make sure they are given the right guidance and training to know how to operate in gangs and to be able to participate confidently and not leave them behind.

Also I would hold every member of the High Command to a high standard by ensuring they know the server rules, fulfil their responsibilities, and actively lead events. High Command should be a good example by teaching the members and helping them to improve. It should also create an enjoyable environment for everyone where they can grow and contribute to the organisation’s success.
