2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 As a member of state organizations for a long time i believe i can lead perfectly to LSPD regarding my experiences and knowledge on legal side and bring some innovation and make the Local Leo orgs much better and professional.
2.2 I dont want to finish a regular term in LSPD.I want to show everyone to local leo organizations can also be the best state organizations in the city. My goal is to make an unforgottable term for LSPD and give the lead for next leaders of LSPD.
2.3 I believe the LSPD should be known for professionalism, quick decision-making, and meaningful investigations rather than repetitive interactions. I want to introduce fresh ideas that improve both officer experience and civilian roleplay.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 Strict Hiring&Training System
We will not be granting everyone free ranks or over-promotion for employees, everyone who wants to get promotion has to deserve and hardwork for that. HR and IA Department will be strict in the hiring and training system and they will make sure everyone in the LSPD is trained and ready to take the field.
3.2 City Patrol Cordination
LSPD will always stay in the touch with other units and no one will patrol randomly in the city in every morning there will be brief before everyone start to their shifts, we will share the areas in the city.
3.3 LSPD shouldnt only interact with criminals and state related situations. LSPD will also get into the situations with citizens and make unique rp with them
