Life Story: Devin grew up in a wealthy family and had a big house in Richman. Devin had many friends and his family was well respected in the community and everyone knew that they were the richest family in the city. Growing up Devin had everything handed to him and he never had to worry about not being able to afford things he wanted. Even though Devin look perfect on the outside he had some major problems internally. Even though he had all the money he could ever want he still was hungry for more money. The want for more money turned Devin down paths and careers he never thought he would do. First he became a gang member in the Bloods street gang where he had to resort to illegal ways to make money he climbed the ranks quick and became one of the most respected names in the gang world. Devin was happy with all of the money he was making as a gang member but he was not happy how his life was in the outside and knew he had to change things up and get off of the streets as a gang member. Then he changed his life around and he went to SAHP where he was a highway patrol officer where he was respected for patrolling the highways then he went to LSPD and finally he ended up in FIB where his career is still going on now.
Career Story: Devin found his way into the SAHP police academy off of the back of a newspaper posted by Lifeinvader where he thought it would be a good place to turn his life around so he applied and got in. He went through tough training testing him mentally and physically but he ended up passing to where he became a highway patrol officer. Devin enjoyed being a SAHP trooper until he saw a listing for LSPD where he transferred and quickly climbed up the ranks. While Devin was at LSPD he caught the eye of FIB where they offered him a job and Devin took it. While being at FIB Devin has grown his reputation and started to see the cracks in the legal organisations. Devin started to see that he was still well respected in the gang scene and saw there was a better way of making maoney and doing what he loves. While arresting a 10-15 he relized it was the leader of the bloods street gang and on the way to DOC he was offered money in return for him to be set free Devin took the money and saw what he could really do for his friends and other gang members while still being il a legal orgination. Instead of being a perfect officer Devin turned to doing whatever he wanted to make money and help his friends at whatever cost.
Outcomes:
1. Devin can help his friends or family members to flee if they are being detained.
2. Devin can lie about requesting a lawyer to a 10-15 and instead process them, as well as not show his ID to conceal his identity.
3. Devin can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4. Devin may take bribes (up to 100k & illegal items).
5. Devin , when arresting/letting go a suspect, is able to take all legal/illegal weapons instead of confiscating them.
6. Devin can engage in most criminal activities/break state laws while on or off duty, such as kidnapping cops if needed or if he felt that he is in a threat. ( not against server script highway robbing, atms)
