Maybe check logs if it was him stealing, but to me it looks like he is stealing without animation

Check at 00:17 in the video, it could be he was bent down but its hard to tell. just as i get closer it seems he was standing the whole time. but u can also hear when the car unlocks he was standing for at least 5 seconds
