Hello,
I would like to appeal my ban because I genuinely believe it was issued by mistake.
I was banned for cheating, even though I never used any cheats or unfair software. Before the ban, I was asked to undergo a PC check. At that moment, I was very overwhelmed because I had been drinking alcohol and was extremely tired after a long day. Because of my condition, I made the wrong decision and refused the PC check. Looking back, I understand that this may have seemed suspicious, and I regret responding that way.
About three days later, I was banned for “rage cheating,” even though I never cheated and, as far as I know, no proof or explanation was provided. I completely understand that refusing a PC check can raise concerns, but refusing a check is not the same as actually cheating.
I respectfully ask you to review my case once again. If there is any evidence against me, I would appreciate the opportunity to see it. Otherwise, I kindly ask you to reconsider the ban, as I have always intended to play fairly.
Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal. I appreciate your consideration and hope you will take another look at my case.
Kind regards,
J.A.
