I killed him and script prevents unconscious people to not do anything after they get shot, but he went against the script and killed me when he was down

Upon reviewing evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

He was never unconscious since there was no indication which could be confirmed by Dead popup when someone becomes unconscious.

He simply took cover during gunfight and shot from cover which is GTA mechanic.​
